Vodafone Group has signed a partner market agreement with Kuwait-based telecom operator Zain Group.

Zain Group operates across the Middle East and North Africa and provides mobile services to about 41.4 million customers and has commercial presence in eight countries.

The group is looking at expanding its presence in the Middle-East. As part of the non-equity partnership agreement, Vodafone Group will work with Zain Group companies in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan and Iraq. It will provide customers with communications services like voice, data and advanced roaming.

Vodafone Group is already providing telecom services in Egypt and Qatar. With the new partnership, Zain Group will have access to Vodafone Group?s devices and services in its home markets.
