Unitech, Telenor consider out-of-court settlement to resolve partnership issues

The Unitech-Telenor issue seems to be reaching a conclusion, say news reports.

Prior to this, the Delhi High Court had set July 18, 2012 as the deadline for Unitech to respond to Telenor?s request to transfer its assets. Also, Telenor had approached the Company Law Board against Unitech for resolving the issue through arbitration

Now, both companies are reportedly holding negotiations to arrive at an out-of-court settlement to resolve the issue.
