Lava International to invest $15 million to expand overseas

 Lava International plans to invest $15 million towards expanding into overseas markets.

The company will foray in the Nigeria, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka and markets over the next three years.

According to SN Rai, co-founder and director, Lava international, the company will establish a business unit in each of the aforementioned countries.

Established in 2009, Lava International has four per cent market share in India, with a portfolio of over 30 handsets. The company plans to introduce a tablet computer by end-2011.
