Hong Kong-based operator SmarTone-Vodafone has launched commercial HSPA+ services, providing peak network speeds of 21 Mbps. The company is now planning to upgrade its network speeds to 28 Mbps and 42 Mbps by 2010, with the upcoming implementation of LTE.
