HCL Infosystems has partnered with global chip maker Intel and telecom service provider BSNL to launch low-cost computing devices offering broadband wireless connectivity. The nettops will be manufactured in India by HCL using Intel’s atom processor, while BSNL will roll out Wi-Max infrastructure.
