Indonesian telecom group PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) is looking to sell its subsidiaries, PT Citra Sari Makmur (CSM) and PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara (PSN). The divestment is part of the group’s plan to focus on businesses in which it has majority ownership. At present, Telkom has a 25 per cent stake in network service provider CSM and 35 per cent in satellite operator PSN. It has also recently divested 40 per cent ownership in terrestrial network provider PT Patra Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Patrakom).
