Reliance Infratel, an infrastructure-related subsidiary of Reliance Communications (RCOM), is in negotiations to enter into a 10year tower-sharing agreement with STel. According to the proposed deal, Reliance Infratel, which has over 50,000 towers, will allow STel to access 10,000 towers in six circles. The deal is likely to be worth Rs 8-10 billion and will allow Reliance Infratel to earn annual revenues of Rs 800 million to Rs 1 billion.
