Etisalat DB (formerly Swan Telecom) has awarded a 10-year, Rs 15 billion IT outsourcing contract to Tech Mahindra.

Etisalat DB (formerly Swan Telecom) has awarded a 10-year, Rs 15 billion IT outsourcing contract to Tech Mahindra. The contract requires Tech Mahindra to manage Etisalat DB’s customer billing services as well as other IT services. Other vendors who participated in the bidding process included Wipro and IBM.
