Loop Telecom, formerly known as BPL Mobile, has launched services in the Karnataka and Kerala circles. The operator, which has licences to operate in 21 circles, has so far launched services in five states. It has entered into roaming arrangements with other operators to ensure countrywide network coverage for its subscribers.
