TRAI has given directions to MTNL to enter into agreements with all telecom service companies within the country for connecting to intelligent network-based services. The incumbent has been asked to enter into agreements with service providers with whom no such agreement has been entered into, within 48 days, in accordance with the provisions of the Intelligent Network Services in MultiOperator Multi-Service Scenario Regulations, 2006. The company has also been asked to submit signed agreements for registration within 15 days of entering into such agreements.
