Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) has launched a global delivery platform, which will provide full end-to-end network performance monitoring. The platform offers end-to-end network visibility into many Asian, European and American cities. SingTel claims that it is the first managed internet protocol virtual private network platform in the world to provide full end-to-end network performance monitoring for corporate data services across multiple partners’ networks.
