These are Assam, the Northeast, West Bengal (including Sikkim and Andaman & Nicobar Islands), Orissa and Bihar (including Jharkhand). ByCell Telecommunications is a joint venture between Bycell and Bit Corporation, with ByCell holding 74 per cent stake.
