Chunghwa Telecom has awarded a 3G network expansion and services contract to NSN. According to the contract, NSN will supply a total solution which includes turnkey network implementation and system integration, consulting and competence development services for Chunghwa’s staff as well as software maintenance and hardware repair services to assure network quality and availability. This will enable Chunghwa to provide 3G and HSDPA services and reduce associated operational costs.
