British Telecommunications (BT) has submitted a $83 million binding offer to the French IT systems and network services provider CS Communication & Systemes to acquire the latter’s loss-making division, Mission Critical Infrastructures. The acquisition will strengthen BT’s presence in France. Mission Critical Infrastructures generated $190.16 million of revenue in 2006, with an operating loss of $1.65 million.
