BSNL has announced a Rs 170 billion investment plan for the current financial year to increase its GSM, CDMA and broadband services and also improve its billing segment. While Rs 60 billion has been earmarked for GSM expansion, Rs 30 billion will be spent on CDMA. The investment will be funded through internal accruals.
