AT&T Global Network Services, a joint venture between the US-based telecom major AT&T and the south India-based Mahindra Group, is set to begin its second innings in India with the launch of several services in 2006-07. It plans to deploy virtual private networks under the NLD and international long distance ILD licences. To begin with, it will deploy nodes in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore, and will later expand further to other cities.
