The government has approved a Rs 6.75 billion special economic zone (SEZ) to be set up by Finnish Telecom major Nokia near Chennai. According to reports, it will involve creating a hub within the SEZ, a kind of free trade warehouse, where about 200 vendors of Nokia would park their products and Nokia would import from them as and when required.
