Telecom Italia and its mobile subsidiary Telecom Italia Mobile (TIM) have completed their $19.4 billion merger. As of June 30, 2005, TIM’s shares will be delisted as the final step of TIM’s incorporation into Telecom Italia. TIM had over 29.4 million subscribers as of end April.
