Spice Telecom reportedly intends to invest Rs 750 million in the Punjab circle by August 2005 to upgrade its network in the wake of growing subscriber numbers and to improve the quality of services offered. This investment will build on the Rs 1.2 billion already spent on network upgradation in 2004.
