Juniper Networks to acquire software solutions company WANDL for $60 million

Juniper Networks has signed a definitive agreement to acquire WANDL, Inc, a US-based global provider of software solutions for advanced planning, management, design and optimisation of next-generation multi-layer networks.

Under the terms of the agreement, Juniper Networks plans to acquire WANDL for $60 million. The acquisition is expected to be closed in January 2014, subject to regulatory approvals.
