T-Mobile and Orange merge operations (UK) Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom have successfully completed the merger of their UK-based mobile units, T-Mobile UK and Orange UK, two of the largest cellular operators in the country. The merged entity will be headed by the chief executive officer of Orange UK while the managing director of T-Mobile UK will serve as chief operating officer.
