Hong Kong-based PCCW has reportedly agreed to sell its 62 per cent-owned ISP subsidiary, Taiwan Telecommunication Network (TTN), to Taiwan Mobile for HK$217 million.
Taiwan Mobile, which aims to develop its converged digital services portfolio, seeks to acquire 100 per cent stake in the Taiwanbased TTN, which specialises in valueadded network services.
