China Network Communications Group Corporation (China Netcom Group), the country’s second largest fixed line operator, is to dissolve its subsidiary China Netcom International Communications Company Limited, a unit that deals with China Netcom’s international business.
Under the restructuring arrangement, China Netcom International will be merged into the China Netcom Group. A new international branch will be created to manage Netcom’s overseas business.
