TATA DOCOMO has introduced the Twitter application for GSM prepaid customers. This platform will permit users to activate any value added service or application through Twitter upon recharging.
To register, customers are required to access TATA DOCOMO?s page on Twitter and provide their mobile number. Thereafter, they will be sent a pin code for verification through SMS.
Once the verification code is received, customers are required to access the company?s Twitter page once again and key in #code . The user will then receive a registration confirmation. To activate value added services, the customer is required to access TATA DOCOMO?s Twitter page and key in #act# . They will receive a confirmation thereafter.
