Comviva has unveiled an all-new no-code artificial intelligence (AI) workbench for its flagship MobiLytixTM Marketing Studio.
The platform has been instrumental in delivering many key use cases such as churn prediction, next-best offers, AI-driven cross-sell/upsell, send-time optimisation, customer profile enrichment, customer care, order fallout prediction, fulfilment lead time prediction and sales forecasting.
MobiLytix AIx is available in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model on hyperscalers, and allows quick access without extensive installation or configuration. The new solution also includes application programming interfaces (APIs) for connecting with industry-standard data platforms. Integrated with comprehensive security features, it allows communication service providers (CSPs) to safely store their data, whether on-prem or in the cloud. In addition, the platform now features a generative AI (GenAI)-driven chatbot for enhanced user experience and product assistance.
Further, with the AI Workbench, data scientists and marketers gain access to a library of embedded attributes, models, and algorithms across business-to-customer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) customer lifecycle processes, significantly reducing the time needed to develop and implement AI/ machine learning (ML) models. Furthermore, it offers insightful data storytelling to understand customer responses compared to predicted behaviours.
