ZTE Corporation has unveiled a consumer-centric global mobile device strategy, steered by Zeng Xuezhong, global head of mobile devices.

At CES 2014, Zeng unveiled a new global product strategy, focused on 3 C?s:

Chief experience officer, wherein Zeng will listen to and incorporate feedback from consumers worldwide

Communication by leveraging the Internet, ZTE will openly engage with consumers and to generate widespread awareness of the ZTE brand

Consumer-centric approach to business and product strategy, whereby consumer satisfaction is ZTE?s top global success metric
