Zoom Video Communications has announced that it will set up a new technology centre in Bengaluru and hire key talent over the next few years to expand its presence in India.

This decision has been taken in the backdrop of increased adoption of Zoom across India as companies adapt to the new work from home model.

Zoom already has an office and two data centres in Mumbai and its expansion into Bengaluru will supplement its existing research and development centres and support Zoom’s engineering leadership, which is based at its San Jose, California headquarters.
