Zoom Communications has announced the expansion of its Zoom Phone service into four additional telecom circles in India: Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Karnataka (Bengaluru), and Andhra Pradesh & Telangana (Hyderabad). The Delhi NCR circle includes the Union Territory of Delhi along with surrounding cities such as Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Noida, and Gurgaon.

With this rollout, Zoom Phone is now operational in six telecom circles, including Maharashtra (launched in October 2024) and Tamil Nadu (Chennai, launched in February 2025). The move marks a key milestone in Zoom’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its presence in India’s major business and technology centres. The company also plans further expansion into other telecom circles in the coming months.

Zoom Phone offers a modern cloud telephony solution that supports both inbound and outbound public switched telephone network (PSTN) calling. It enables businesses to replace legacy PBX systems and integrate their communications within the broader Zoom Workplace platform, ultimately facilitating efficient collaboration for dynamic and hybrid teams.
