Wi-tribe Pakistan, a joint venture between Qatar Telecom and Saudi Arabia’s A.A. Turki Group of Companies, has intro duced commercial Wi-Max services in Pakistan.

Wi-tribe Pakistan, a joint venture between Qatar Telecom and Saudi Arabia’s A.A. Turki Group of Companies, has introduced commercial Wi-Max services in Pakistan. The service will initially be available in Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore and Rawalpindi. The launch is a result of the multi-year Wi-Max contract between wi-tribe and Motorola, signed in October 2008.
