Airtel

Bharti Airtel has updated select prepaid plans – especially those priced at Rs 399 and Rs 449 – to include unlimited 4G and 5G data benefits. Key features of these plans are as follows:

  • The Rs 399 plan offers unlimited voice calling, 100 SMSs per day, and unlimited 4G and 5G data.
  • The Rs 449 plan offers unlimited voice calling, 100 SMSs per day, and unlimited 4G and 5G data, with a validity of 28 days. In addition, it includes bundled benefits such as 30 GB of Google One cloud storage, access to JioHotstar Mobile for 28 days, SonyLIV and over 20 over-the-top (OTT) platforms through Airtel Xstream Play, Apple Music for six months, and free Hellotunes.

Further, the telco has extended its unlimited data offering to all mobile post-paid plans. Under the updated structure, postpaid subscribers will receive 300 GB of data every month, equivalent to a 30-day cycle.

Airtel has partnered with Adobe to offer Adobe Express Premium free for one year. Under the partnership, Airtel customers across mobile, broadband (Wi-Fi), and direct-to-home services will receive complimentary access to Adobe Express Premium, a subscription valued at around Rs 4,000 annually.

Meanwhile, the telco’s Perplexity Pro offer has now been discontinued. The operator had announced the benefit in 2025 and had already stated in the terms and conditions that the offer would be withdrawn on January 16, 2026.

It has also introduced a Rs 1,099 prepaid plan that offers unlimited voice calling, unlimited data, and 100 SMSs per day, along with a service validity of 84 days. The unlimited 4G and 5G data benefit is subject to a fair usage limit of 300 GB every 28 days. Apart from the core benefits, the plan includes free Hellotunes as an add-on feature.

Vi

Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi) has partnered with HMD Mobile to offer the super saver scheme to new prepaid users purchasing select HMD and Nokia feature phones in India on or after December 24, 2025. Under the scheme, customers buying an HMD 100, HMD 101 or Nokia 105 Classic feature phone, and completing a mandatory first recharge of Rs 140 within 30 days of SIM activation, will receive unlimited voice calls, 2 GB data and 300 SMSs with a 28-day validity. This offer will be available till June 30, 2026.

The telco has rolled out a Rs 44 prepaid data voucher, which offers 1 GB of data with a one-day validity and includes free access to JioHotstar Mobile for one month.

The operator has also revised the availability of its unlimited 5G data benefit for prepaid users across certain circles, such as Karnataka, Gujarat, Haryana and Mumbai. In Mumbai, for instance, the operator had initially launched 5G with an introductory plan offering unlimited 5G data on the Rs 299 prepaid plan, the entry-level plan providing unlimited 5G data in the open market has been revised to Rs 349.

Jio

Reliance Jio has introduced the Rs 450 festive offer prepaid plan that offers 36 days validity, 2 GB high-speed data per day, unlimited voice calling and 100 SMSs per day. The plan also includes 50 GB of free storage on JioAICloud, a three-month subscription to JioHotstar Mobile/TV, and access to JioTV.

BSNL

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has introduced a Rs 251 prepaid plan that offers a validity of 28 days, unlimited voice calling, 100 GB data, and 100 SMSs per day. It also includes access to BiTV, BSNL’s OTT platform, for 30 days.

The telco has rolled out a prepaid offering called the Bharat Connect 26 Plan, aimed at customers looking for year-long connectivity with high data benefits. Priced at Rs 2,626, the plan aligns with the operator’s “Proud to Connect with India” positioning, and offers 2.6 GB high-speed data per day, unlimited voice calling, and 100 SMSs per day, all with a validity of 365 days.
