Wataniya Telecom plans to invest $350 million to upgrade its existing telecom network and offer 4G services to users.

The service provider plans to offer 4G services to users across Kuwait by end-2013. Wataniya Telecom has started upgrading its existing towers and installing new towers to support 4G services.
