VSNL and Tata Teleservices Limited have placed a $14.5 million order with Agilent Technologies for using its OSS solutions.
Agilent will set up the centralised network management system in Mumbai. The deal also includes Agilent’s OSS QoS Manager and NETeXpert-based network management software products, services and support.
