Vodafone?s customer experience center (CEC) for enterprises is set to kick off operations in Mumbai from June 2012. CEC is a state-of-the-art engagement facility designed to enable business customers to explore a world of innovative communication solutions. Vodafone is looking at expand its CEC to other cities to attract a larger pool of business customers. 

Vodafone CEC has on display a suite of total communication Solutions comprising of wire-line and mobility offerings hosted in a high tech and customer friendly environment. 

At the CEC, customers get an opportunity to see and experience interactive presentations, innovative live demos and discussions, to identify their communication needs. CEC also offer customised solutions for customers business needs. 

Vodafone Business Services is positioned as a total communications offering that caters to users voice and data, wireless and fixed-line requirements. Vodafone runs its CEC business through verticals such as Vodafone Global Enterprise, SME Division and National Corporate and key accounts.

Vodafone Business Services offers a range of products/services such as Machine to Machine (M2M) Solutions, Leased Lines (Internet Leased Lines, NPLC and IPLC), MPLS VPN, office wireline voice (E1-DID), toll free service, audio conferencing, mobilisation of enterprise applications, email and connectivity and 3G Solutions for business to help enterprises to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
