Vodafone India has introduced mobility and connectivity services for small and medium enterprise (SMEs) customers.
The operators’ portfolio for this customer group includes wireless products (both voice and data) and connectivity services such as internet and lease lines.
With the aim of tapping the lucrative business opportunities this segment entails, the operator will launch new products and enhance its presence in this segment.
Reportedly, the operator will roll-out cloud computing services for SME customers by end-2012 and is planning to extend its reach to 300 towns and further expand its channel partners in a year’s time to strengthen its presence in SME market.
