Vodafone India has introduced a new service for its post-paid users. As per the conditions of the offer, any user wanting to re-locate from one state to another can continue to avail of uninterrupted services from the operator.
The customer is required to apply for the service in his current location. Thereafter, Vodafone?s customer relationship management will inform the company?s team in the new location.
So, executives in the new location will contact the customer to allot them a new number, retain their credit limit, change the billing address and collect identity proof documents.
