Vodafone Idea’s CTO Vishant Vora resigns from his post

Vishant Vora, chief technology officer (CTO) of Vodafone Idea (Vi), has resigned from his post after a decade-long stint.

However, Vora will continue with Vi until October 31, 2020.

During the interim period, Rajinder Singh, executive vice president, technology at Vi will officiate as a CTO, until the appointment of a potential successor.

Vora played a key role in the telco’s integration with Idea Cellular. He has been a part of many technology transformations, first in Vodafone India, and then in Vodafone Idea in the last two years, and he has led from the front, the integration of telco’s technology estates.
