Vodafone Idea to seek board approval for its fundraising plans once government’s reform measures are known

As per industry sources, Vodafone Idea is expected to seek board approval afresh for its fundraising plans after the government issued guidelines on telecom reform measures.

With this, Vodafone Idea’s promoters will get an opportunity to participate in the fundraising round.

Further, the company has said that it is preparing to invest in the business and compete in the market. And thus, once the government issues actual guidelines, the company will adjust its business plans accordingly.
