Vodafone Idea (Vi) has entered into a partnership with AI-powered healthcare platform MFine to offer instant chat and video-based consultation with doctors, to its customers.
With this, Vi customers can now select a doctor from a trusted hospital with whom they wish to consult using the MFine app. Further, the MFine app also allows patients to upload images, past medical records, and prescriptions.
It enables Vi customers to access the healthcare services offered by 600 partner hospitals, 4000 doctors across 30 specialties, in India.
