Vodafone Idea Limited now known by the brand name ‘Vi’ has launched its integrated 4G network, GIGAnet. With the recent launch, the telco aims to stem the loss of customers and attract new ones.
GIGAnet is built on principles of 5G architecture that help in delivering a superior network experience, having the largest spectrum portfolio, huge capacity.
According to Vodafone Idea Limited, GIGAnet is the result of the largest network integration completed in record time and the first-of-its-kind spectrum refarming exercise in the world. Further, it added that, GIGAnet has India’s largest deployment of universal cloud to accommodate the enormous amount of data traffic that the post Covid world has seen.
