Vodafone Idea (Vi) has appointed Sheena Joseph as the vice president of customer service of enterprise business to further strengthen its enterprise focus in the country.

Prior to joining Vi, she was working with Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) as national head of service assurance for enterprise business. There she led national service assurance operations and strategy for wireline data and voice, IoT, Cloud, SaaS, UCaaS, and business lines such as SME, large enterprise and carrier.

Further, Joseph also spearheaded contact centre operations, service strategy, regional service management (pan India), SOC, NOC (TX, IP, and Voice), and SQM(NQ) functions.

Before TTBS, Joseph was working with Tata Communications as the national head of service assurance for the SME business unit. She has also been associated with Reliance Communications and BPL.
