According to industry sources, Vodafone Group Plc is in advance talks with financial investors to sell stakes of its wireless towers unit, Vantage Towers, as it hopes to agree a deal by November 15, 2022 to coincide with its half-year earnings.
Meanwhile, the company is evaluating proposals to either halve its nearly 82 per cent holding in Frankfurt-listed Vantage Towers or just sell 25 per cent of it in a bid to free up cash and improve profitability.
