Viom Networks is planning to begin the process of launching an initial public offering (IPO) in January, 2013, says news reports.
The company is yet to finalise the details of the IPO or the amount of money it intends to raise from the same.
The tower company is a joint venture between Tata Teleservices Limited (which has 54 per cent stake) and a consortium led by Quippo, a Srei Group enterprise. The company has over 40,000 mobile tower sites and a per tower tenancy ratio of 2.4.
