Viom Networks Limited is planning to list the company overseas to raise about Rs 20 billion. The company is exploring the option of equity listing on New York Stock Exchange, London Stock Exchange and Singapore Exchange Limited.
The tower company has a portfolio of 42,000 towers with a tenancy ratio of 2.3. The company?s move to list overseas comes after the government?s decision to allow unlisted Indian companies to directly list in overseas markets without prior or simultaneous listing in India.
Viom Networks Limited will shortly start the process of short listing investment bankers to facilitate its overseas listing.
