Videocon Telecommunications plans to divest 26 per cent equity

The Videocon Group is learnt to be in talks with Korea’s Sun Kyung Telecom to sell a 26 per cent stake of its telecom subsidiary, Videocon Telecommunications. The stake is likely to be worth Rs 36 billion, valuing Videocon Telecommunications at a little over Rs 130 billion.
