Viavi has appointed Ilan Daskal as its new executive vice president (EVP) and chief financial officer (CFO). In his new role, he will report to Oleg Khaykin, president and chief executive officer, Viavi, and oversee the global finance organisation including finance, accounting and reporting, tax, treasury, internal audit, investor relations and IT.
Daskal previously served as the EVP and CFO of Bio-Rad Laboratories Inc. Prior to that, he held EVP and CFO positions with multiple technology and engineering companies, including International Rectified Corporation.
