Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi) will soon roll out 5G services in Delhi NCR as the telco has initiated its network upgrade process. The company sent a text message to users in the region regarding the availability of 5G services in their areas.
According to industry experts, Vi’s network upgrade to 5G will help it to stop its subscriber-base erosion. According to data released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), the operator lost 1.8 million subscribers in June 2022.
