Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi) has said it has extended its 5G services to all 14 districts of Kerala, enabling subscribers across the state to access high-speed connectivity with a 5G plan.
After launching 5G in Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode and Malappuram, the operator has steadily scaled up its network in recent months as part of a focused push to strengthen services in Kerala.
With the latest expansion, Vi said its 5G footprint now spans key towns, commercial centres, educational clusters, tourism corridors and high-density residential pockets across the state.
Statewide availability means Vi 5G is now live in major locations across all 14 districts, including Alappuzha, Kannur, Kalamassery, Kasaragod, Kalpetta, Kochi, Kollam, Kottayam, Kozhikode, Manjeri–Malappuram, Palakkad, Pathanamthitta, Tirur, Thrissur, Thodupuzha, Thiruvananthapuram and Wayanad. Further, Vi added that it will continue to extend 5G coverage to additional areas in Kerala in the coming period.
