Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi) has partnered with Truecaller to verify its customer service and sales caller IDs. It aims to prevent users from customer service fraud and offer trusted communication.
Truecaller enables Vi’s customer service and sales team to deliver a secure and enhanced consumer communication experience, by deploying its Verified Business Caller ID solution. Vi will get to know the authenticity of calls through indicators like green caller ID, a tamper-proof brand name and logo, a verified business badge, a category tag and a call reason.
