Vi Business, the enterprise arm of Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi), has launched the second edition of ReadyForNext program along with an upgraded digital assessment tool and an exclusive offer for Indian micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) seeking better growth. The tool has been launched in association with Dun & Bradstreet to help MSMEs assess their digital preparedness, find gaps and take necessary steps.
The tool helps business owners in assessing their set-up across the three aspects of the digital customer, digital workspace and digital business. The platform will provide user-specific reports on the basis of the response, stating their digital maturity cores ad benchmarking against the industry. Vi Business quoted that technologies such as collaboration and productivity, security, cloud and the internet of things are helping MSMEs become digitally mature.
