Vertiv Holdings Company (Vertiv) has announced that Vertiv Holdings Ireland DAC, Vertiv International Holding Corporation and Vertiv have successfully completed the acquisition of E&I Engineering Ireland Limited and its affiliate, Powerbar Gulf LLC.
Commenting on the acquisition, Rob Johnson, chief executive officer, Vertiv, said, “We are pleased to officially welcome the E and I team to Vertiv.
